SolarWinds Access Rights Manager (ARM) could allow a remote attacker to bypass security restrictions, caused by a hard-coded credential authentication bypass vulnerability within the configuration of a RabbitMQ instance. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to bypass RabbitMQ authentication.

SolarWinds Access Rights Manager (ARM) could allow a remote authenticated attacker to execute arbitrary code on the system, caused by the deserialization of untrusted data within the JsonSerializationBinder class. By sending a specially crafted request, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to execute arbitrary code on the system.
