Analysis Summary

Ukraine has called cyber security experts and specialists to launch attacks against Russia. Amid the Russian-Ukrainian cyber warfare, both entities have been on the offensive; Russia invasion on Ukraine is not only on grounds, in fact, the first steps towards the invasion included massive cyber attacks against Ukrainian organizations to weaken their defenses. 

As a response, Ukraine is recruiting white hat hacktivists to create an “IT Army” as said by Ukraine’s Minister for Digital Transformation Mykhaylo Fedorov. 

We are creating an IT army. We need digital talents. All operational tasks will be given here: https://t.me/itarmyofurraine. There will be tasks for everyone. We continue to fight on the cyber front. The first task is on the channel for cyber specialists.
