Microsoft Windows could allow a local authenticated attacker to obtain sensitive information, caused by a flaw in the Kernel component. By executing a specially crafted program, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain the values of registry keys and use this information to launch further attacks against the affected system.

Microsoft Windows could allow a local authenticated attacker to gain elevated privileges on the system, caused by a flaw in the Kernel component. By winning a race condition, an attacker could exploit this vulnerability to obtain SYSTEM privileges.
